Windows Loader berfungsi untuk melakukan aktivasi operating system windows berbasis Windows seperti Windows 7, Vista, Server 2008 dan Server 2012. Penggunaan aktivator ini pun cukup mudah dimana pengguna hanya perlu mengklik Install dan menunggu hingga proses aktivasi selesai lalu kemudian merestart pc mereka.
